Today is the day...

I can't wait to step into the plane tonight. It feels like X-Mas being able to fly back to Shanghai today.

I plan to be in the office until 4 pm, get back home and pack my last stuff before I head-off to the airport to catch up with my friend Mike, who is going to be part of my short visit to Shanghai.

Ready for take-off

9 days to go until my flight back to Shanghai! Last week I went to the Consulate and collected my Visa....the rules have become stricter compared to my first Chinese Visa in 2003 as I only got a 10 days single entry visa to China....it's exactly the number of days I am expecting to remain in China. Usually you would have received at least a 30 days tourist visa.

Realising that my trip back to Asia is not far away I start getting excited again.
What things will be different to my last visits? Will I still be passionate about being in Shanghai?

Anyone else currently in Shanghai? let me know what spots shouldn't be missed at all :-)
